Additional Details

The Rules

There are several key rules that must be always followed during rental period. Violation of these rules is grounds for immediate termination of the trip without refund. The driver has the authority to de-board individual or all passengers at the first available safe location for any violation of these rules.

  • No smoking inside the vehicles

  • No illegal drugs

  • No violence of any kind

  • No disrespectful behavior towards the driver

  • All guests consuming alcohol must be over the age of 21

  • The Abbey is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items

  • Stay seated while the bus is on motion

  • A $100 per incident fee for damages that occur outside normal wear & tear – this includes cleaning of bodily fluids

Reservations

  • Rental time is a minimum of three hours

  • Rental time begins and ends at The Abbey in Enosburg Falls, VT

  • Limo is paid in full at time of booking. Reservations are not guaranteed without payment.

Overtime Fee

  •  If you run over the estimated time frame, there will be an additional hourly charge of $115.00 (Price includes 20% gratuity). Your credit card on file will be charged the difference on additional time rented rounded to the nearest 15-minute interval

  • There are no refunds awarded for any remaining time (arriving to your destination early)

Cancellations

  • All cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are subject to a $350.00 cancellation fee  

  • Depending on the circumstance, additional charges may incur for rescheduled events

Limitations on Liability 

  • In no event shall The Abbey or the vehicle operator be liable for a persons’ consequential or incidental damages resulting from our job performance. It is expressly agreed that neither The Abbey or the vehicle operator, under any circumstances, be liable to a customer or any other person for an amount greater than the total price of the event.   

Force Majeure

  • The Abbey shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure of performance hereunder caused by acts of God, war, riot, fire, explosion, flood, strike, lock-out, injunction, governmental law or regulations, or any other cause beyond our control.

The Vehicles 

  • The Abbey vehicles are rented “as-is”. In no instance is The Abbey financially responsible should a malfunction occur not related to safety or vehicle operation during the duration of your trip. Examples include but are not limited to – TV/Radio or lighting functionality.

Personal Responsibility 

  • Ultimately you are responsible for your guest’s behavior, their safety, and personal property. Please make necessary arrangements to ensure your party is not put into a position where they will be driving under the influence. We encourage safe fun!

  • Please relay limo/bus rules to your guests!
